A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

All ticket sales and sponsorships for the Norwalk Student Education Foundation (NSEF) Fall Gala are considered final. As a nonprofit organization, funds raised through this event are used to directly support programs, scholarships, and grants for students and teachers in the Norwalk Community School District. Because these funds are often allocated immediately to support our mission, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase or donation is made.

In the event that the Gala must be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to notify attendees and sponsors in advance. If the event is canceled, refund options or donation rollover opportunities may be communicated at that time.
